Who we are

Centra Media is a marketing agency based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use centramedia.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at centramedianag@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you fill in our contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, and information about your project (type, stage, budget range, and any message). We also collect basic technical and usage data automatically, such as your device and browser, the pages you visit, and how you got to the site (referring links and campaign parameters). We do not ask for or store financial account details, card numbers, or government IDs.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, and follow up about working together. We use usage data to understand how the site performs, improve it, and measure which marketing brings the right enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and cookies

We use a small number of analytics tools to understand site usage. These may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for aggregate traffic and conversion measurement.

• Meta Pixel and Conversions API may be used to measure and improve the ads we run. Where used, this can match a hashed, non-readable version of your contact details to ad activity.

How your enquiry is stored

Contact form submissions are sent to our email and recorded in a private Google Sheet that only our team can access. We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in touch about a project and for a reasonable period afterwards, then remove them.

Third parties

We rely on a few trusted service providers to run the site and our marketing, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and our hosting and messaging platforms. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We share your information with them only as needed to provide these services, and never sell it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email centramedianag@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
