Terms of Service
Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of centramedia.in and the marketing services Centra Media provides. Centra Media is a registered trade name of a proprietorship based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at centramedianag@gmail.com. Where we work for a client, the scope, fees and term are set out in writing with that client, and those written terms take precedence over this page if the two ever differ.
Using this website
You are welcome to read this site and to get in touch. Please do not try to break into it, scrape it at a scale that affects other people, or reuse our writing, images or client work without asking. The text, films, photographs and designs here belong to us or to the clients we made them for.
What we do for clients
We run marketing for client businesses: advertising, creative production, websites and landing pages, customer messaging on Instagram and WhatsApp, and the reporting that ties them together. We work inside the accounts our clients already own, including their ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp Business Account. Access is granted to us as a partner, with the client's permission, and the client keeps ownership throughout. A client can withdraw that access at any time.
Your responsibilities as a client
- Keep your own logins secure, and tell us promptly when something changes.
- Make sure you have the right to use the contact details and content you give us, and that you collected them in line with applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-outs promptly.
- Follow Meta's rules, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's advertising and commerce policies. Those rules are Meta's, not ours. Meta may restrict or disable an account, a phone number or an ad account for a policy breach, and that decision sits with Meta and outside our control.
Data
You own your business data. Where we handle conversations between your business and your customers, you remain the controller of that personal data and we act as your processor, on your instructions. How we hold it, where it is stored and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Automated replies
Where you ask us to switch on automated replies, the wording is produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Anything sent from your Instagram account or your WhatsApp number goes out under your business's name and stays your responsibility. By default we hold back prices, discounts, measurements and dates from generated replies and pass those questions to a person instead. We strongly recommend leaving that setting on.
Services we depend on
Our work depends on services we do not control, including Meta's advertising and messaging platforms, Google, our hosting and database providers, and any AI provider a client chooses to enable. Their terms govern their parts, and interruptions that start with them are not within our control.
Fees
Fees are as agreed in writing with each client. Advertising spend and Meta's own charges for message delivery are billed to the client's accounts and are additional to anything paid to us.
Availability and liability
We work to keep things running and we keep records of the work we do, but the site and the services are provided as they are, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the engagement
A client may stop working with us in line with the written terms agreed with them. We may pause or end work for a serious breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where continuing would put our access to a platform at risk. When an engagement ends we handle data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
